Our sage is farm-grown, hand-harvested, dried naturally and wrapped in cotton thread in the traditional Native American method, which has a low environmental impact and helps to preserve this culture.

How to use:

Open a window or a door to let fresh air in. Hold the bundle by the stem side. Light the tip, and blow out the flame so only smoke is produced.

Place the smoldering bundle into a fireproof bowl on a safe, stable place away from flammable objects, children and pets.
Room cleansing smudging may be done by safely carrying the smoking bundle over the fireproof dish around the area you wish to purify.

Extinguish the smoldering bundle by rubbing the embers inside the fireproof bowl.
